Hey Alexi,
Just checking in on if you had a chance to see my last email.
If you're open for a phone/video call on Tuesday, let me know!
Best,
Ashley

If you didn't get a response to your first follow up, you can occasionally send a second, polite follow up like this template a few days late. Reply to your original email (and not your last follow up) so the recipient can easily see your previous email.
Keep it short! And make the focus about reading your earlier email.

Hi Gina,
I hope you’re doing well! Did you have a chance to look at the resources I sent last week? Since it was a pretty long list, I’ve put together a short list of the most useful ones:
I’d love to touch base this week to see how we can help LexCorp become the industry leader in sustainable fashion. Are you free on Wednesday for a 10-minute call?
Thanks,
Laurence

A good rule of thumb is that for every email you send, you should add something new — for example, if you’re trying to sell a product or service, why not highlight (or even screenshot) a different feature in each follow up?
That way, it’ll feel more like you have something new to say and less like you’re spamming people for no reason.

{{ First Name }} — checking in on my last email, did you want to try out [Your Product Name]? It's our [one or two-liner description] - please let me know (a quick 'yes' would do).
Here's a mini-gif on how it [showcase something new]:

Or click here if the GIF doesn't load + there's more info in my first email below.
I have one free-trial invite code left this month that I can send to you or someone in your team. If you want to try it out, just hit reply and I'll get you set up.

If your first email didn’t get a response, there's usually a reason for that. Sure, sometimes people are just busy, but if your first email wasn’t sufficiently personalized, wasn't easy to respond to, or otherwise just missed the mark, simply resending it isn’t going to do much good.
A simple follow up email could be something like this which uses a simple call-to-action. The person just needs to respond 'yes'. In this case, we give an example of a salesperson reaching out to potential client asking them to try out a tool.

Thank you for the checklist! I realized I was making so many mistakes on my resume that I've now fixed. I'm much more confident in my resume now.
