This is a great template to use to follow up with a potential employer (or a hiring manager of your potential employer) you have met. Reference the conversation you had with them and be open about your ambitions and why you're contacting them.
While you can send an email like this up to a couple of months after you met your potential employer, the sooner you send it, the higher your response rate. Ideally, send this email within a day or two of the last meeting.
