If you haven't received it yet, there may be a minor processing issue while processing your payment.

If your card was charged, please check your email for a notification from our payment provider, Paddle - to protect our customers from fraud, they may be reviewing your payment. This could take a few hours, but once approved, you'll automatically have access to the templates you purchased.

In all other cases, if there's a temporary charge that appears on your card but you haven't received the email within an hour, you'll automatically receive a full refund. There is nothing to worry about.
