I’m Kimberley, currently steering the ship at Resume Worded as an executive focused on strategy and growth. My role involves a lot more than just overseeing operations; it's about connecting deeply with our career coaches and the job seekers we support. Every day, I tap into my extensive background in recruitment, hiring, and career consultancy to ensure we're not just meeting but exceeding the expectations of those on their career journey.

My knowledge comes from real-life experiences, from overcoming hiring challenges when the economy was down during '08 to giving top companies advice on how to find the best people. I've seen all sides of the job world, which has given me a thorough understanding of what job seekers and employers are looking for. I've mastered the art of matchmaking in the professional world, ensuring the right people land in the right roles, at the right time.

After starting in consulting and quickly moving into roles that had me leading teams and devising recruitment strategies during challenging times, I've seen firsthand how crucial the right hire can be. My role expanded beyond traditional boundaries, allowing me to influence recruitment at every level, from entry positions to executive placements.

Leaving the corporate world for something with deeper impact was a natural next step. At Resume Worded, I found my calling. I saw firsthand how the right resume and LinkedIn profile could open doors for people. I noticed a lot of talented individuals were not reaching their full potential, and I realized my writing could be the key to changing that. It's been beyond rewarding. My writing has reached over 1 million people, and I often get emails saying how it's helped someone land a better job.
